Knockoffs

These are official re-issues. Really! Honest! Why doesn't anybody believe me?

Optimal Optimus and TM2 Megatron are virtually the same size as the real toys. The cards for those two are HUGE (bigger than Unicron's Box)!!! Yes, that knockoff Rattrap is gigantic, too!

More "high quality re-issues". Among the highlights are normal-sized brittle Bonecrusher (whose legs broke out of the package), Silverbolt's mirrored left wing sticker (A.Z.U | U.S.A) and the non-sticky stickers on Defensor. On the plus side, Silverbolt has a WORKING LAUNCHER (removed from the real US versions)!!

A mix of Cyberverse/Legion knockoffs from the Movie, Generations, and Prime toylines...with paint AND packaging variants!

This KO is the wrong color, has the wrong decals, barely has a face, and can't stand up. This was a free toy from eBay, included when I finally purchased the real Powerdasher jet in October of 2019.

These toys are fraudulently advertised online as reissues, but are full-on fakes.

White Bumblebee (BugBite?) actually has "Dunlop" printed on the tires, which official reissues have omitted. That said, the card printing is misaligned on the back, and the bubble came partially detached.

Reflector is a toy I've wanted since the '80s, but could never find complete and in good condition. The box represents "what might have been", as it was only available in the US as a mailaway (not boxed for retail sales shelves as this KO is). He's fiddly and doesn't transform as smoothly as you would expect the real one to, but what do you want for $6.34?

The Masterpiece line is plagued with tons of high-quality KOs. You have to look closely to determine authenticity.

This Hound's box has horizontal corrugation lines (the real is vertical). Out of the box, the color is slightly less vibrant, and details are off (vents below the headlights are improperly recessed and faction symbols aren't as sharp as they should be). So, why did I buy a KO MP-47? Unfortunately, the official is very delicate (showing stress marks right out of the package) and I wanted to transform him without worrying about breakage every time I glanced over.
