All are MISB. The first Trypticon has an early release batch number stamped into the box and potentially has bad hips; the second was picked up from Ollie's for $49.99 (1/3 the original price!) and has a later batch stamping implying fixed hips/tail.
MISB. I did remove the slip cover, but the core package remains sealed. Looks MUCH better in person than the photos would suggest, with his Master-Sword pose being a show-stopper! The detailed cardboard case box is also pictured.
